An Alternative Convention

for a small towns folk

Bloodline

2014 - 2015

A business partner approached me with a the opportunity to develop the brand for a new tattoo convention, with the intention to broaden it into local artistry, fashion and action sports.

Bloodline became the first of its kind in the region, where tattoo artists and parlous would be able to use the space to introduce themselves to a new audience. This lead towards making the experience more immersive for visitors, as opposed to just showcasing goods and services.

With this in mind, we collaborated with parlours and artists to create an engaging environment for newcomers. We introduced live tattoo sessions, Q&A, cut throat shaves and live large scale artwork. As there were a variety companies joining us, I did not want to build a brand that would be overwhelming. So I created a bold but complementary style that would simplistically convey the ethos, and still be very recognisable

Well that's that for this one, I hope it was worth the scroll

If you super loved it, it would be great if you could share this with your friends and followers
